Registration Information

Registration Procedure

1. Read the Village Farmers’ Market Handbook thoroughly. Please pay
special attention to the rules and vendor obligations sections of the book.

2. 2012 Applications are due by April 30th in order to be considered for first
priority space assignments. We will accept applications throughout the season,
although daily space assignments are subject to availability.

3. Both new and returning applicants must send application, the Hold Harmless
Agreement, as well as copies of all
applicable licenses and insurance to:

Your registration will not be processed until they are received.

Vendors selling food-to-be-consumed-on-premises please submit a full and
complete menu for Board review.

Vendor confirmations and space assignments will be e-mailed to the address
that you provide to the Market on your application on or before the week of
May 30th.

Invoices for space fees will be e-mailed with vendor confirmations.
